We have a room available in a 5 bedroom, 3 bath house in Lake Oswego off Boones Ferry about 3 miles from LC. The room is the largest and furnished (desk and dresser must stay, bed can be moved out). Rent is $630 and includes everything except internet (split between all roommates, it’s an additional $25-33/mo). Share a bathroom and kitchen with a tidy male PCC student from South Africa (he also works). The house is like two separate apartments, share only the entry way, laundry and occasionally the dishwasher with downstairs (where I live, I’m an LC law grad).
