Friday, May 2 at 2:30 p.m.: You’re invited to help envision a groundbreaking partnership
Dear L&C community,
You’re invited to an event to help shape the Albina Vision Trust - Lewis & Clark partnership:
Albina Vision Trust - Lewis & Clark Partnership Envisioning Event
Friday, May 2, 2025, 2:30 to 4 p.m.
South Chapel, Graduate School Campus
Refreshments will be served
The event will include presentations from Albina Vision Trust (AVT) and Lewis & Clark leadership to provide inspiration as you begin thinking about how you might engage with this exciting and important work.
AVT is reimagining community building in a transformative and nationally unprecedented way. This partnership is Lewis & Clark’s opportunity to do a similarly transformative, nationally unprecedented reenvisioning of the role of higher education. We will be partners in ensuring education and economic empowerment are embedded throughout the vibrant Albina community. This is an opportunity to take work L&C already does well to a greater scale, by providing unparalleled immersive learning experiences for our students while participating in the co-creation of community-based knowledge that serves the city we call home.
I hope you can join us on Friday, May 2 to help shape this historic partnership.
