On Wednesday, September 17, the Office of Communications is bringing professional photographer Nina Johnson to the undergraduate campus to take outdoor headshots of faculty and staff.
This is a great opportunity to get a beautiful portrait done for your work at L&C. If you need a photo for your faculty or staff profile on our website, media requests, your admissions or development efforts, or any other reason related to your work for the institution, you are encouraged to sign up to drop by during a 15-minute window. The cost is $30, paid by department chargeback.
Here’s how the process works:
Sign up! Each 15 minute slot can accommodate up to three people. You simply drop by anytime during that window.
Include your complete department budget code on the signup sheet.; the code should contain 11 numbers in this format 000-0000-0000.
On Monday, September 15, look for a reminder/confirmation email from pubphoto@lclark.edu, with location and other details.
Show up at your scheduled time—rain or shine—or reply to your confirmation message to cancel if you are unable to make your appointment.
Have fun getting your photo taken! There’s no one better than Nina at making what can be an awkward process feel fun and relaxed.
Photographer Nina JohnsonIf all slots are filled when you go to sign up or there are not slots available that work with your timeframe, please email pubphoto@lclark.edu. We will keep a waiting list and try to fit you in if something opens up.
A few weeks after the shoot, you will receive three to five images for review, from which you will choose your favorite. You will receive an electronic copy of that image for your professional use. Communications will also keep a copy on file in our photo database.
