L&C Employee Picnic

Our annual Employee Appreciation Picnic is coming up on Thursday, June 18. This event is a vital way to thank our campus community for their hard work. To make it a success, we need all hands on deck and feet on the field!

“We know it is ironic to ask for volunteers at an event meant to celebrate you,” One L&C Chair Reggie Raiford said. “Our goal is for everyone to relax and feel recognized. However, this two-hour event cannot run smoothly without some volunteer support to ensure our colleagues get the seamless celebration they deserve. So, please sign up for a shift. You will make a difference!”

Volunteer Opportunities:

  • Set Up: Pre-event staging and decoration.
  • Check-In Tables: Greeting guests and distributing materials.
  • Take Down: Post-event clean up and packing.

All volunteers will receive an extra raffle ticket!

Please add your name to a volunteer shift by Friday, May 29.
