Evan Lenneberg

Evan Lenneberg is a partner at Brix Law. Evan focuses his practice on real estate and construction law. His work includes assisting clients with real estate leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, and financing. He also litigates real estate and construction disputes, including claims involving construction liens and bonds and productivity loss. He has several years of experience litigating construction-defect claims.

Prior to joining Brix Law, Evan worked at Ball Janik LLP. He has also clerked at a boutique construction litigation firm in Portland. During law school, he clerked for a criminal defense firm, appearing in court as a certified law student, and worked as a research assistant for Construction Research, Inc. where he performed legal research, reviewed documents, and prepared for expert witness testimony for construction defect cases.

Evan is the current chair of the NAIOP Developing Leaders Board. He has previously served on the Multnomah Bar Association (MBA) Young Lawyers’ Section (YLS) Board of Directors and served as a former chair of the YLS Pro Bono Committee. Evan also participates in Lewis & Clark Law School’s Mentorship program as a mentor for first-year law students.
