Lewis & Clark’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offers confidential support and resources to help you navigate life’s challenges, so you can feel supported both at home and at work. Assistance is available 24/7, at no cost to you.


What the EAP can help with

You can connect with a Licensed Professional Counselor for short-term, confidential support with a wide range of concerns, including:

  • Stress, depression, and anxiety

  • Relationship concerns, separation, or divorce

  • Anger, grief, and loss

  • Job stress and workplace conflicts

  • Family and parenting challenges

  • And more

In-person counseling:
You may receive up to three in-person counseling visits per issue at no cost. If longer-term care is needed, your counselor can help connect you with appropriate community resources.


Work-life balance support

In addition to counseling services, the EAP provides practical, everyday support through work-life specialists who can help you locate resources and solutions related to:

  • Child care and elder care resources

  • Financial services, debt management, and credit questions

  • Legal questions (state-specific limitations may apply)

  • Identity theft support

Medical Bill Saver™

If you receive a medical or dental bill of $400 or more that is not fully covered by insurance, Medical Bill Saver may be able to negotiate a lower amount on your behalf at no cost to you.
