Global law is a fast-growing, interdisciplinary area of legal study that transcends the boundaries separating business, human rights and environmental law. The Global Law Program draws on the expertise of its faculty from all areas of legal scholarship. This creates a dynamic dialogue rooted in the understanding that globalization can and does touch every area of legal practice.
