The Columbian urges Clark County to comply with stormwater regulations

Earthjustice did great work on behalf of NEDC and the Rosemere Neighborhood Association and Columbia Riverkeeper in litigation related to stormwater pollution control requirements in Clark County, Washington.

The Columbian editorial board wrote an op-ed about NEDC’s legal victory against the county and developers.
