On Saturday, October 21, the Student Animal Legal Defense Fund at Lewis and Clark Law School held its annual Fall Potluck! L&C SALDF Members gathered at the beautiful clubhouse of the Boathouse Apartments in Portland, Oregon with delicious vegan dishes to share, including queso dip, lasagna, stuffing, mashed potatoes, “pigs” in a blanket, and of course, dessert!

Between snacks, socializing, and libations, some SALDF members found the time to carve pumpkins. For a few, it was their first time, including newly elected L.L.M. Representative and South African native Amy Wilson. Overall, the Fall Potluck was a much needed (and well-deserved!) break from studying for our members and we can’t wait to do it again next year!”
