Payroll Deadlines/Time Sheets

Time Sheet Procedures

Non-Exempt employees are responsible for recording absences and vacation days on Non-Exempt Employee Timesheets (PDF). An Excel version of this timesheet is available by sending an email request to lgarcia@lclark.edu.

Exempt employees are responsible for recording absences and vacation days on an Exempt Employee Absence Report. This form is available for download on the Business Office website.

Faculty & Staff Information

W-4 Forms, for adjustments or changes concerning deductions, may be downloaded off the Business Office Forms web page, completed, signed and mailed or delivered to Business Services.

The College offers regular staff the option to have paychecks directly deposited into their checking/savings account. Complete, sign and mail or deliver a Direct Deposit Form to Business Services (this form is available on the Business Office website). This form must be returned by the 6th of the month to be effective for that month’s payroll cycle.

Several payroll forms are available on the Business Office Forms web site. After you have completed the correct form, please sign and deliver or mail it to:
