Judith Johansen

Judith A. (Judi) Johansen '83 has been president and CEO of PacifiCorp since 2002 and oversees the company's operations. Prior to that, she served as the energy company's executive vice president for regulation and external affairs. In a career focused on utilities, Johansen has also served as administrator and CEO of the Bonneville Power Administration and as vice president of business development with Avista Energy, a wholesale power-marketing subsidiary of Washington Water Power. Johansen is active in several civic and professional organizations, including the board of directors of the Portland Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, the Port of Portland commission, Oregon Business Council and Haven Projects, and the Oregon and Washington state bar associations.
