Jan McDonald
Jan McDonald, LL.M. ‘92 is a professor of law and deputy director (research) at Griffith Law School in Queensland, Australia. Her broad research is in environmental and natural resources law and policy. In recent years, she has focused on the impacts of globalization, especially the relationship between international trade rules and environmental protection. She recently served as manager of the United Nations Development Program’s environment program in the Solomon Islands.
