Reporting Your MCLE Credits
MCLE Credit Information for 2016
Oregon attorneys are required to complete 45 credit hours of continuing education every three years. Each year one-third of the Oregon practicing bar must report to the Oregon State Bar regarding the number of CLE credits they have earned over the past three-year period. Each attorney is responsible for keeping his or her own records of courses attended.
The Oregon State Bar approves courses for credit and is the office to which you must report your credits. All credits must be completed by midnight on December 31, 2016. The completed, signed compliance report is due no later than 5:00 p.m. on February 1, 2017. Reports may be sent via regular mail, email or fax to (503) 598-6915 or (503) 598-6960.
