  • Description: This course examines real estate transactions, including, without limitation, acquisitions and dispositions, financing, leasing, and development issues. Topics include the roles of brokers and lawyers, disclosures about the condition of the property, purchase and sale agreements, title investigation and protection, environmental/zoning aspects of real estate transactions, closings and escrows, mortgages and deeds of trust, remedies, foreclosure, and cooperative forms of property ownership.
