The center includes courses and cocurricular programs designed to:
Educate law students about foundational business law concepts
Provide law students with opportunities to work side-by-side with entrepreneurs and businesses
Provide transactional legal services to emerging businesses and nonprofit ventures
Inspire and train law students to become business leaders
