Professor David Schraub received the 2022 Huffman Scholarship Award for his article, “Sadomasochistic Judging,” published in University of Minnesota Law School Law Journal, Constitutional Commentary. He is the third recipient of the Huffman Award, which recognizes L&C law professors for their outstanding scholarship in a paper that was written the year prior.
Schraub, who joined Lewis & Clark Law School as an assistant professor in 2021, expressed how he is humbled to follow in the footsteps of past recipients of the award. “It really is testament to the confidence the faculty here have in their junior colleagues, and the fantastic support we receive as we grow and develop as scholars.”
Schraub teaches Constitutional Law I and II and Anti-Discrimination Law.
