Nicole Krishnaswami JD ’10Nicole Krishnaswami received the 2023 Leadership Award from the Federation of State Medical Boards (FSMB). The Leadership Award is presented to an individual in recognition of outstanding and exemplary leadership, commitment, and contribution in advancing the public good at the state medical board level. Krishnaswami is currently the Executive Director at the Oregon Medical Board.

Of this award, Nicole says, “I was recently very honored to be the recipient of the 2023 Leadership Award from the Federation of State Medical Boards. It was even sweeter because I was able to celebrate with the person who believes in me more than I believe in myself: [her husband,] Sanjay Krishnaswami!”
