Hayden Wyatt JD ’25 and Ian Connolly JD ’25 are Lewis & Clark Law School’s 2024 Wyss Scholars, noting their commitment to environmental justice and conservation efforts across the West.
Hayden Wyatt, from Wyoming, brings a passion for public land conservation honed through grassroots activism and wilderness rescue work in Yosemite National Park. He interned this summer with Cascadia Wildlands, focusing on forest conservation.
Funded by the Wyss Foundation, a private, charitable foundation dedicated to land conservation, the Wyss Scholars Program seeks to identify and support a new generation of leaders on the basis of their leadership potential, academic strength, and commitment to furthering land conservation. Lewis & Clark is one of only a few law schools in the country selected for this program, and has been since 2017.
