Emerita Professor Helen Kang presented her lecture, “Bearing Witness to Environmental Injustice: The Path Forward.” Professor Kang is recently retired from Golden Gate University School of Law, where she served as director of the Environmental Law and Justice Clinic and specialized in environmental law, environmental justice, legal education in Korea, and citizen enforcement of environmental laws.
