Grads Fly Above State Average Bar Passage Rates

Lewis & Clark’s Class of 2024 kept up a stellar bar pass rate, with a combined 83.5% for first-time Oregon exam takers in July 2024 and February 2025.

Lewis & Clark’s Class of 2024 kept up a stellar bar pass rate, with a combined 83.5% for first-time Oregon exam takers in July 2024 and February 2025.

Once again, this exceeds the state average of 74%. Associate Dean of Student Affairs Libby Davis says, “I am so proud of all of our graduates for their hard work in studying for this exam. Their diligence will take them far in their careers.” She attributes some of the success to Professor Sandy Patrick’s bedrock Advanced Analysis in Pre-Bar Skills course, which helps students improve analytical skills like memorization, reasoning, and writing.
