Dear fellow alums,

It is with bittersweet news that this will probably be the last time you’ll hear from me as your Alumni Board President. It has been a tremendous honor to serve in this role since 2020 with a simple goal: to connect and engage more alumni with Lewis & Clark Law School AND to jump-start fundraising efforts for the Alumni Board Scholarship. I am pleased to share that I have accomplished both goals. The Alumni Board has not only doubled its size—with board members from coast to coast—but contributions to the Alumni Board Scholarship have tripled during my tenure.

Now that Dean Ouellette is settled at the law school and with the Alumni Board in good shape, I am looking forward to passing the torch. Please look out for an announcement of who the next Alumni Board President will be. If you are interested in joining the Alumni Board, or if you have any ideas to share, my door is always open: bkrupicka@ohaganmeyer.com.

As an alum and donor myself, I know what a privilege it is to be able to give back. I’ve met many recipients of the Alumni Board Scholarship, and I can tell you—your support truly changes lives.

Your support helps ensure that deserving students can pursue their legal education at Lewis & Clark, regardless of their financial circumstances.

Lastly, I want to put in a final plug for alumni events where you can meet Dean Ouellette! Please stay up-to-date on events by checking out the Alumni Office’s events page at law.lclark.edu/offices/alumni

Best wishes,

Brad Krupicka ’10
