Angela Aneiros has joined Lewis & Clark Law School as an associate professor, specializing in business, corporate, and commercial law, and ethics

Drawing on more than 15 years of experience in business law and ethics, Angela Aneiros has joined Lewis & Clark Law School as an associate professor, specializing in business, corporate, and commercial law, and ethics. Her research focuses on the intersection of law and corporate governance and her work has been published in leading law journals, including Baylor Law Review, Berkeley Business Law Journal, American Law Review, and many more. Her work has also featured substantially in media, from The New York Times to Fortune.

Aneiros previously taught at Gonzaga University School of Law and Indiana University. As a trial attorney in Illinois and Indiana, she represented individuals, businesses, and government entities in federal and state courts. She maintains an active legal practice and also serves as a consultant and expert witness in litigation.
