SPRING RECRUITMENT: Information For Students + Employers

Spring Recruitment is an annual recruiting event for employers hiring for summer law clerk as well as post-graduate positions. Participating employers can range from nonprofit and government organizations to small and mid-sized private firms. Employers may participate in virtual interviews hosted through LSCS, in-person interviews on campus or as a resume collection in which employers will schedule interviews directly with applicants outside the recruitment program.

How Do STUDENTS Participate?  Take a look at participating employers and job postings by searching for the “2026 Spring Recruitment” postings in Career Connect within the OCI tab. Registration is not required - simply submit required materials(noted within each job posting) to the specific position you would like to apply for. LSCS will provide applications to employers on the deadline, create interview schedules and host the interviews. Be sure to note the interview dates to confirm you will be available for interviews on the appointed day!

How Do EMPLOYERS Register to Participate? Registration is through the Employer Career Connect portal through the “register for OCI” link. You can review the dates for virtual and in-person interviews for this Spring Recruitment program. If those dates do not work, resume collection is a recruitment option that allows you to schedule interviews directly with applicants outside of the recruitment timeline.
