Using short clips from a variety of movies over the decades, an animal law expert will guide you through the myriad problems that tend to arise in litigation involving animals. The problems are both procedural (at the pleading, discovery, evidence, and trial stages) and substantive (tort, contractual, and equitable theories of recovery and defense). This cinematic perspective will increase your understanding and appreciation of the aesthetics, emotions, and realities involved with handling animal legal issues.
