- Description: UCC Article 2 governs the sale of goods by merchants or professional sellers and is a topic frequently tested on both the Uniform Bar Examination and the NextGen Bar Exam. This course covers the principles and rules governing modern commercial transactions, including formation, terms, warranties, performance and breach, and remedies. The course may also cover specific provisions from UCC Article 1.

The American Bar Association accreditation standards require students to regularly attend the courses in which they are registered.
