  • Description: This faculty-directed reading group will meet once a week to discuss cutting-edge topics in criminal law and procedure. Readings will be provided by a faculty member for each class, and each student will be required to present the topic and lead the discussion for one class. Evaluation will be based on attendance, class participation, and fulfillment of the presentation requirement.

    The class is credit/no credit. The class does not count toward the Criminal Law Certificate.
