  • Description: Technology and other factors drive the businesses of entertainment and media. Those industries in turn adapt their business practices, economic formulas, and customs. The law in turn attempts to accommodate the new business structures and needs. This class will examine the factors driving change in these industries and how the law of contracts, intellectual property, agency, and labor regulations applies to those industries.
