Lewis & Clark Law Review Focuses on Social Media, Psilocybin, and Other Legal Issues

Lewis & Clark’s Law Review Volume 26 / Number 4 / 2023 is now available online.

The issue features articles by law professors at Temple University Beasley School of Law, the University of Washington Law School, and Peking University School of Transnational Law.

In addition, the issue features an essay from practitioners and advocates in the field of psychedelics and notes & comments from two recent Lewis & Clark graduates.

Lewis & Clark alum and adjunct faculty member Matt Bergman ’89, founder of the Social Media Victims Law Center, uses his article to discuss the highly relevant topic of liability for social media companies. The very same issue recently reached the supreme court and has been the topic of ongoing public scrutiny.
