Applying & Interviewing

Students and alumni may submit application materials to us for review. Materials are returned with notes, feedback, and recommendations.

Please provide your materials to us at least one week before you need them returned with suggestions. If you are tailoring your materials to a particular job posting, please feel free to send that as well. You can also schedule an appointment with our career advisors to discuss your application materials.

It can be helpful to start working on your materials early so that you have them in good shape when you are ready to apply for jobs. The Career Services team is available to assist you in application materials review throughout the year.

Interviewing Resources

Students and alumni can schedule mock interviews with our career advisors to help prepare for interviews. Appointments are available over Zoom or in person in the Gantenbein suite on campus so you can pick the format that works best for you. This is a great way to get feedback and practice putting your best self forward in interviews, and to shake out any nerves ahead of time! 

Need a quiet space for an online or phone interview? You can reserve the Interview Room in the Gantenbein suite for 30-minute blocks between 9:30 - 5:00 Monday through Friday.

Please visit this link to reserve time. You are able to book the room in 30 minute increments, including stacking slots for longer interviews.
