Conversations with Justice Sotomayor

The event will be moderated by two of Justice Sotomayor’s Yale Law School Classmates, Robert Klonoff (Lewis & Clark Law School, Dean and Jordan D. Schnitzer Professor of Law) and Rudy Aragon (White & Case, Miami).

Doors will open at 9:00am and will close at 9:55am. Under no circumstances will an attendee be granted entry without a ticket. No one is allowed to enter the Pamplin Gym after the doors are closed.

This is a ticketed event, and only the recipient of the original email invitation will be permitted to attend.  All registrants will be verified.  Ticketed guests are encouraged to arrive by 8:45am. All attendees are subject to search.

Overflow viewing has been designated at the Agnes Flanagan Chapel. 

For security purposes, the following items are not permitted in the Pamplin Gym: cell phones, hats, signs, backpacks, bags, purses, briefcases, cameras, photographic or audio-visual equipment of any type, including cameras, video, or audio recorders or players.

Prohibited items will also include, but are not limited to, weapons of any type; cutting instruments of any type, including knives, scissors, or anything with a cutting edge.

TICKET PICK-UP

Online registration is required before tickets will be made available for pick-up.  There is a limit of one ticket per person. Please present your Lewis & Clark ID card or driver’s license at one of the following ticket distribution locations:

BOOK SALES

Limited autographed paperbacks of Justice Sotomayor’s book, My Beloved World, will be available for purchase only at the Lewis & Clark Law School Bookstore beginning March 5th.  

Books will also be available for purchase outside the gym, before and after the event.
