Biography
Cera is a patent attorney focusing her practice on patent prosecution and related counseling in Portland. Cera received her JD from Lewis & Clark Law School. Cera holds a MS in Computer Science from Portland State University, a Graduate Certificate in Cybersecurity from Portland State University, and a BS in Biology from University of California, Los Angeles.
