Biography
Jenn’s practice focuses on cultural resources law, environmental law, and federal Indian
law. She was an attorney with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for 24 years, initially
focusing her practice on cultural resources, but she culminated her career as the senior
manager of over 100 attorneys throughout the Northwestern Division of the Corps,
covering both the Columbia and Missouri river basins. Throughout her career, Jenn
was the agency’s legal subject matter expert in cultural resources. She now works as a
consultant, providing legal services in cultural resources to various law firms and
technical advice to agencies and CRM companies. Jenn received her law degree from
the George Washington School of Law. Her BA was in Anthropology from the University
of California, Davis and her MA in Archaeology is from LaTrobe University in Melbourne,
Australia. She was an archaeologist for ten years, focusing principally on coastal
subsistence economies.
