We are available for individual career counseling, job search strategy, mock interviews, networking contacts, guiding assessment and researching career options. (CPDC) Center Services
Alumni may hand deliver or email application materials to us for review. Materials are returned with notes, feedback, and recommendations. Typical turnaround is 24 hours, but during busy seasons (at the very beginning of each semester) it can take longer, so it is important to get materials in as early as possible. (CPDC) Library And Reference Materials
CPDC maintains an electronic library of valuable professional development resources, including quick reference information, handbooks and manuals, webinars and podcasts of programs. Additionally, we house a physical resource library in our office with a selection of resources and guides you can take with you.
Videoconferencing, Computers and Telephone
We have telephones, computers (fax and printing also) and interview rooms available. We have Skype capabilities for free video calls, and will work with employers to set up their video-conferencing if necessary. Additionally, resume paper, envelopes, and thank you cards are available in the CPDC office.

Hire a Student
If you have a legal position, whether for summer, school-term or post-graduate, attend our on-campus recruiting programs or post the position online for our students and alumni. Post a position here.
Serve as Mentor or Practice Interviewer
Alumni are always needed to give students feedback on their interview skills. Yearly, our first years as well as upper division students seek out formal and informal mentoring. We are always looking to identify mentors among our alumni in the Northwest and beyond. If you are interested, contact our office at 503.768.6608.
Participate on Career Panels
Throughout the year, CPDC works with our student groups to present on a variety of practice areas and career-related issues and we are always looking for alumni to share their expertise and unique perspectives.
