Textbook information for your courses is posted at the following links. More book selections are being added each day. Please check back periodically if your text is not listed or confirmed. Where possible, digital/e-book options are included on the lists.

Buying books from the Lewis & Clark Law bookstore ensures that you will get the exact textbooks selected by your professor. This information is also subject to change at the professor’s discretion. In that eventuality, students should be aware that the bookstore staff will only be able to exchange textbooks purchased from the campus bookstore. Prices may change at any time.

Used Books

Fall 2024:  Used Book Consignment Period begins THURSDAY, AUGUST 1, 2024,  through FRIDAY, AUGUST 30, 2024.

Used casebooks or study guides sold on consignment must be a required or recommended text in the current edition shown on the book list.

Book Returns

There is a seven-consecutive day return policy from the day you buy your new textbooks. Used books cannot be returned. Please view our full return policy.
