Pricing
Early-bird Registration Pricing (through September 15, 2010):
- Registrations includes Friday evening reception, all panel sessions, meals at the conference, Saturday banquet dinner, keynote addresses, and CD-ROM of conference materials (unless otherwise noted). Please indicate during registration whether you plan to attend the evening programs for headcount purposes.

Registration Cancellation Policy
A full refund of the registration fees (less a $15 processing fee) is available if registration is canceled by September 24, 2010. A 50% refund of the registration fees (less a $15 processing fee) is available if registration is canceled by October 1, 2010. We regret that no refund is available after October 1, 2010.
