GrammarBook.com is a provides rules, quizzes, and even videos to help writers with grammar, punctuation, and style issues. http://www.grammarbook.com/

The English Page offers clear explanations and examples of the parts of speech. The site also provides free grammar exercises. A unique feature of the site is the “listening lounge” where site viewers can listen to spoken English.  http://www.englishpage.com/
