3rd Annual Crime Victims’ Rights Reception

On Tuesday, June 14, NCVLI hosted its 3rd Annual Crime Victims’ Rights Reception at the Benson Hotel in Portland, Oregon. More than 130 Crime Victim Law Conference attendees and friends of NCVLI from the community gathered to enjoy each other’s company and celebrate the successes of the past 10 years of victims’ rights enforcement.
Previous Outstanding Achievement Award recipients and nationally renowned victims’ rights experts were on hand to talk about the progress they have witnessed in victims’ rights in the past 10 years, and note the challenges they see facing the field in the coming decade.
Once again, the live musical performance was donated by local band Mister Fisk, and reception guests enjoyed delicious snacks and beverages, including wine donated by Oregon-based Pacific Rim Winemakers. Attendees also showed their support for NCVLI by participating in raffle games, winning prizes donated by local sponsors (listed below).
