North Carolina Victim Assistance Network promotes the rights and needs of crime victims by linking victims of crime with direct assistance available in their communities and providing information on specific laws and legislation pertaining to victim’s rights. Serving it’s members as a statewide network, they provide information on over 1,500 victims service and criminal justice agencies, victim assistance programs, and advocacy groups.
