The Portland Mercury placed a spotlight on NEDC’s Clean Water Act enforcement work in the Columbia Slough.  The Mercury story focuses on a recent complaint that NEDC filed in U.S. District Court against Parkrose Auto Center, a scrap yard located near the Slough, alleging the discharge of a pollutant without a permit.
