Exam Security Access: Students will not be using Examplify for this exam. Instead students will use a word document to answer the exam questions. When finished with the exam or your exam time has lapsed, you will email your answers to lawexams@lclark.edu
No student may use or access any form of generative artificial intelligence (AI) technology during a quiz, midterm, or final exam, unless expressly authorized by the professor teaching the class for which the exam is being taken.
Availability of Exam Questions:
When you are ready to take your exam, email the Law Registrar’s Office at lawreg@lclark.edu and we will send a pdf copy of the exam questions to your L&C email account within 1 hour. When you receive the exam, please email lawreg@lclark.edu noting receipt of the exam.
Authorized Materials:
No internet but open notes, open slides, open book
No secondary devices permitted during the exam. This includes but is not limited to: 2nd computer, phones, smart watches, headphones, electronic dictionaries or any other device that might be capable of connecting to the internet.
