Yesenia grew up between Los Angeles, CA and Redmond, Oregon before moving to Portland to attend Portland State University in 2012. Yesenia identifies as a proud Portlander and decided on L&C Law School to remain in the city and continue building her career here.
“My own family’s experience with different areas of the legal system, as well as my academic and professional experiences influenced me to pursue a legal education. I am interested in the area of public interest and serving communities through legal service in nonprofit organizations or government agencies.
