As in past years, Lewis & Clark Law Review, Animal Law Review, and Environmental Law Review intend to staff their respective journals from two sources: first, invitations to students in the first year class with GPAs in the top 10-20%* and second, invitations to students who perform well in the summer writing competition.

2021 Law Review Citation Competition, May 5 – June 30

Any law student that is in good academic standing is eligible to be on a law review. There are two ways to join law review: grade-on or be selected through the citation competition. Lewis & Clark Law Students with GPAs in the top percentage of their class will be invited to join the law review of their choice. All three law reviews select their additional members through the annual citation competition.

Starting May 5th, the Citation Competition information will be available on TWEN. Click “Add Course” and choose “Law Review Citation Competition 2021.”

The Citation Competition consists of a short, Editing problem. Students have 7 days to complete the problem, which can be accessed via TWEN at any time May 5 - June 30, 2021.

All submissions must be received by 11:59pm on June 30th.
