Alumni Board Nomination Form

Lewis & Clark Law School Alumni Board

Qualifications and Responsibilities

Members of the Lewis & Clark Law School Alumni Board of Directors are selected based on demonstrated involvement and commitment to the law school. Board members are selected to serve a three-year term and are eligible for a second three-year term.

The Governance Committee members carefully review many candidates each year.  This means many nominees may be asked to resubmit their applications in subsequent years.   Once the committee receives a nominee’s application, it remains in the active pool (if not selected) for 3 years after which the name must be resubmitted.  Final recommendations are presented to the overall Alumni Board  for ratification at the spring board meeting.
