Improving Criminal Justice
The inequities of our criminal justice system are becoming increasingly apparent. Yet, the work involved in making improvements to such a vast and intricate structure remains as daunting as ever. Training Climate Change Leaders for the Next 50 Years
In 1970, Lewis & Clark Law School became one of the first law schools to develop a curriculum focused on environmental, natural resources, and energy law. Now, the school is centering its work on one of the greatest challenges of the next 50 years: climate change. Our clinics, faculty and students are actively advocating for actions that support a healthier climate.
