Kacy graduated from Lewis & Clark Law School in 2018 with an Environmental, Natural Resources, and Energy Law Certificate. After graduation, she clerked in the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division, and briefly worked in private practice at a boutique environmental law firm. Currently, Kacy is the Senior Attorney for the Delaware Riverkeeper Network, a regional environmental nonprofit focused on the Delaware River watershed. Kacy is licensed to practice in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and has argued before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third and D.C. Circuits. She also serves on the board of Weavers Way Co-op, a member-owned cooperative grocery store in Northwest Philadelphia and Ambler. In her free time, Kacy likes to run, cycle, play the Irish fiddle, and spend quality time with her large mutt Yogi, who she impulsively adopted from the Oregon Humane Society as a 1L.

In my work, I have had the unique opportunity to sharpen my expertise on environmental rights provisions in state constitutions, which began with my Public Trust Doctrine class at Lewis & Clark
