Law and Political Economy at Lewis & Clark (LPELC)

The Law and Political Economy (LPE) Project is a growing movement which aims to establish an alternative, collaborative environment which critically analyzes the interrelationships between political and economic power. LPELC emphasizes intellectual cultivation by utilizing a pedagogy of critical discourse analysis to explore the historical, philosophical, and modern legal frameworks of political economy. We meet weekly for low-stakes, salon-style discussions on topics within the scope of LPE. We welcome all perspectives - as a community of care, the only requirement for participation is a willingness to maintain a friendly and collaborative atmosphere.
