Student Wellness
Balancing law school and other aspects of your life can be challenging. Taking care of yourself by engaging in some “healthy” activities that don’t relate to your legal studies can help with finding balance - or, at least can be a good short-term distraction. We invite you to participate in the activities below.
If you are ever concerned about your own mental or physical health and well-being, please seek help from a trained professional. The L&C Counseling Service and Oregon Attorney Assistance Program (OAAP), and the L&C Health Services are available to law students.
