Law Business Services
Business Services is the law school community’s connection to the college’s Business Office. Requests for travel, funds, payroll, budgeting and items relating to budgets are processed in Business Services. Student and adjunct employee paperwork and payroll, student emergency loans and parking questions are also handled in Business Services.
Location: Legal Research Center, Third Floor
Hours: 9:00 a.m. - 4:30pm p.m.
After hours available by appointment.
You can send and receive faxes at the Law Business Services window. Please stop by during business hours or contact 503-768-6802 for additional information regarding Fax services.
You can purchase first class stamps at the current USPS rate at Law Business Services window or pay the exact postage for metered mail.
Packages and envelopes for faculty or staff can be left at Law Business Services/Facilities for routing.
Currently, outgoing U.S. mail must be in the wooden “Outgoing Mail” box in the Duplication Center by 9:30a.m. to be postmarked the same day. Inter-campus mail is also picked up at this location.
For all other mailing services (including international mailing), please visit Mail Services on the main Lewis & Clark campus. Mail Services resides in McAfee right next to Human Resources. All students, faculty, staff, and visitors must register their vehicles before parking on Lewis & Clark property. Parking permits are required Monday through Friday 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. If you frequently visit Lewis & Clark Law School (current student, faculty, or staff), you may choose to purchase a multi-day pass. If you are a campus visitor, you can purchase a visitor pass online or at parking kiosks at various locations.
If you have a guest coming to the law school and will be charging their parking fee to a school account, please arrange that with your Faculty Legal Assistant or Law Business Services staff.
