To reserve space at the Law School campus, complete this reservation form.
Expect 2 - 4 business days for your room reservation request to be processed.
If food will be served that Bon Appetit will not be catering, you must complete this waiver. Complete AFTER receiving a reservation confirmation. Review the food safety steps before completing the waiver.
Submit the completed waiver at least 5 days prior to your event. You will be contacted only if there are questions.
If you plan to service alcoholic beverages (beer or wine only) at your event, you must complete this form AFTER receiving a reservation confirmation. The name of the OLCC server is required. Review the Alcohol Policy before completing. Contact the Events Coordinator with any questions regarding this policy.
Submit the completed form at least 5 days prior to your event. You will be contacted only if questions arise.
Speakers who are not already associated with the Law School must sign a speaker release form prior to speaking. This is only necessary if the session is to be recorded. This form should be dropped off at the Events Office in Gantenbein.
Discuss signage needs when meeting about your event. Many signs are already made and available. If a new sign is requested, take a look at the Signage Order Form. Return the completed Signage Order Form to the Events Office at the Law School at least 3 weeks prior your event. Signs are made through the College Conferences & Events Office.
Reserved parking is arranged through the Events Coordinator (parking permits are required, even with reserved parking).
