“Keep Transactional Clinics Weird”

The 22nd annual Transactional Clinical Conference (TCC) will take place at Lewis and Clark School of Law on Wednesday, May 6, 2026 (with a welcome social event on Tuesday, May 5, 2026).

This year’s Transactional Clinical Conference theme is “Keep Transactional Clinics Weird.” Just as Portland leans into all the things that make it unique (“Keep Portland Weird”), conference speakers and participants will celebrate the creativity, experimentation, and joyful eccentricity that make transactional clinics special. Topics include, but are not limited to:

 

1. Innovations in Pedagogy and Experiential Design
2. Technology and Modern Law Practice
3. Expanding Access
4. Clinic Management and Sustainability
5. Supervisor/Student Relationships
